Ad-hoc contract letters


Keeping in touch with our clients is the most important aspect of  client service. Letting them know what is happening and when makes them happy and our lives easier.

So from release 22, the Exergy user can view correspondence that has been sent to the client and he/she can re-print these letters on an ad-hoc basis.

To view and re-print ad-hoc contract letters, open the relevant policy and from the ‘Policy Structure’ window, click on the menu Contract > Ad-hoc letters. Some of the letters that can be re-printed are the following:



  • Requirement payment done
  • Claim receipt
  • Premium in arrears
  • Requirement invoice received
  • etc
