CHANGE IN YEAR-END TO JUNE
Shareholders are hereby notified that the year-end of SilverBridge has been changed from the end of February to the end of June.
The two primary motivating factors which were considered by the board of directors to effect the change are firstly, a June year-end will be more closely aligned to the natural selling and delivery cycles of the business, and secondly, the change will facilitate improved and more efficient planning and budgeting processes.
The change in year-end means that SilverBridge will report, as a second interim report, reviewed results for the 12 months to February 2011 in May 2011, and audited results for the 16 months to June 2011 in September 2011.
